Since there’s a new, beautifully designed Anne of Green Gables Cookbook out there already (written by L.M. Montgomery’s granddaughter, no less), it seems unlikely that there will be need for another anytime soon … but a girl can dream. My vision: an Anne cookbook for the 125th anniversary of the publication of Anne of Green Gables in 2033. How many recipes would it include?
